Virtual 1:1 Evaluation

Full Digital Evaluation

You fill out a detailed case history form and complete the myofunctional evaluation digitally. Once submitted, our team reviews your information and creates a customized program for you, providing a detailed report.

Once your evaluation is complete, we kick off your journey with MyoConnect. You’ll begin your monthly program tailored to your needs and goals.

Weekly Support and Progress

Each week, you’ll receive exercises and instructional videos to complete twice daily (no more than 10 minutes each session).

  • Every Sunday, you’ll check in with us by completing a form and submitting form check videos for review.

  • Based on your progress and goals, we update your program regularly to ensure you’re on track to achieve optimal results.
